You think THAT'S hot. Try the 47.7 Celsius I enjoyed this week in Phoenix. And, according to local news, it wasn't even our high for the week...

no Fly-and-MosquitoFlow over Alsek River.

Great shots Gerold. But them skeeters don't follow flight rules. Those guys are so big the have landing gears and landing lights. T-Bone and Hilda eat them they swear it keeps them from wrinkling up:wacko::o:unsure:. Yeah right, I do beers.:P:D

I hear the North Pole is wonderful this time of year , sunny 24 hours a day .......B):lol:

I heard the same, John. But the beer & BBQ supply is unsufficient!

47.7 sounds impressive, but it is always the product with air humidity that makes it horrible. 45°C in Alice Springs is a pleasure compared to 31°C in Orlando...

Indeed. These guys really seen to be in trouble. Or they develop a new species of life forms, from out of earth...

That is what I expected when flying over this scenery. I mean the biological part of it.

I did not know about the diet of the Mule Team crew, but that also explains a lot :D.

They don't make or have anything that will keep Hilda from wrinkling up. :D

Sorry for bringing you the memories of a loving wife, mate. On the other hand I am quite sure you have realized some improvements in the meantime.

And the memories of your world trip are much better in every case, I am sure.

Enjoy the fresh air!

I would rather sit out in the middle of Death Valley and sweat my a@@ off with a chest full of cold beer than look at snow, just sayin'.:D

Fantastic shots though Gerold. :D

Thank you Adam. I am with you regarding the cold liquids, but not re the outside temps... :D

10.5 deg here today grounded flights because of early fog.

Down to 4deg c tonight.

BRING ME THE HEAT.:(

cheers

Gumby

What would life be without our seasons... sometimes too extreme, but I do not want to miss them!

And I prefer "fog" as a reason for flight grounding compared to "pandemia".
