jankees
I stole the idea from Iain, and thought I'd look back at some of my paints from 2019. I started 2019 with the Max Holste Broussard jk8011 and a series of AVG Curtiss P-40's 2019-12-30_13-50-39-871 I did a few Saabs from Carenado jk8799 and even a jet, the Dassault Falcon jk8356 I did several Douglas A-26 Invaders jk1649 a few Porters from Milviz, which was a tough job btw jk4092 much to my surprise I received permission to do paints fort the RCS B-25: jk0741 I revisited the Flight Replicas C-54 / DC-4 jk0693 had my first PBR experience with the AH Heinkel He-111 jk1900 and enjoyed myself with Ant's Tiger Moth: jk3210

jankees
Thank you all for your comments, I'm glad you like my efforts, let's see what the next year will bring, best wishes for all! 13 hours ago, Adam Banks said: You forgot to add your wonderful C-47 liveries - plus the odd P-51 and T-6 ones ... all hugely appreciated! Happy New Year! Adam. There's more I did not include, since the forum only allowed 10 pictures, but I'll do a bit more plugging then: there's a single Antonov: jk0397 a bunch of Carenado ATR42's jk0679 two AVRO 621's jk0421 two A2A Cessna 172's jk3233 a few Milviz Otters (another tricky one to paint, this) jk7912 as you mentioned: slowly updating my C-47's jk2935 a few EMB 120's (why does Carenado always make the tails so complicated to paint?) jk1494 a few Messerschmitts jk2077 some Aeroplane Heaven P-47 Thunderbolts jk7182 and a bunch of T-6 Harvards/Texans jk1588 and still there is more, Lockheed L-10, Stearman PT-13, Republic XP-72, a King Air, Fokker 50, Spitfire, in all quite a few I think... anyway, again a Happy New Year to all! Scott Harmes
Amazing pics and of course amazing paints Jankees. You really are a star, and you are really appreciated by so many simmers. I wish I could do one paint let alone the hundreds or thousands you have done. Cheers,

Cheers, Ah, but you can, it's not that hard. I did a tutorial on flightsim.com, start there perhaps, and if you need help you can always ask me

Mike Like I said, it really isn't that difficult. Ok, sometimes it is, like with the Milviz Porter, or Carenado tails, but many aircraft are real easy to paint, like all A2A aircraft for instance. Just give it a try, it's fun, you'll see. I have a question: I paint all these aircraft for my fun, and I hope you'll like them too. I upload everything I do, to share it with you guys. Some get downloaded a bit, others much more. Sometimes I get feedback, but in most cases nothing. I'm just curious. Do you use them? How? How many? I have no clue.. Do you have paints you really like and use a lot? Occasionaly I see screenshots using my paintwork, and I really enjoy that, because that is the only time I see others like it as well. Could I ask for a screenshot with your favorite paint of mine?

The problem is that your archive on Avsim isn't set up to [easily] include comments or feedback on a per paint basis. I see great comments on liveries when they come out, but they're dotted all over all sorts of forums. The difficulty here, on ORBX, is that it's primarily for showcasing ORBX products so not really set up for discussion of repaints. Personally, I think your contribution to the visuals of P3D is so significant that it may be worth asking ORBX to see whether they'd allow a separate section for you - that may not suffer from the "must include ORBX scenery" proviso. You never know! JK liveries + ORBX scenery is an irresistible screenshot combination, but I must admit I'd have a problem finding a favourite (!) so, in the meantime, I'll post a few shots of your more recent contributions! Jan, as many people surely, I use/love plenty of them (I should have in my library about 100-200 of them I cannot count... mostly propellers - not so jet or turbo). I have a huge pleasure to fly over beautiful scenery...but always with a beautiful plane which means a pleasant skin And spending many time not in the cockpit but behind the plane with the V key available ... and I post only a small part of the screenshots I got
