Nice shots Pete, my home town. Brings back fond memories, flew out of YMEN many times.

Don

Thanks Don

There's an incredible history to the place and it is a lot of fun, when you come across it while exploring the hallways :D

perfect and splendid shots !!!! Please Pete which tool do you use to move inside the building ? BOB ? Something else I guess ...

Thanks JM

I am very pleased you enjoyed them

I use the drone camera in freestyle mode and a XBox controller .

It works extremely well & gives you wonderful flexibility

I have a wireless one, but it seems to go through batteries at quite a fast rate, so I bought a USB cable for it.  I have it

just to the left of my keyboard and most of the time I just reach for one of the joystick controls and that is all I need.

It makes an enormous difference to camera control. I remember "Bob", and I loved it for FSX :)

See you:)

superb shots Pete, it is a fantastic, detailed addon.....agree about the xbox controller, mine is the old wired one, works a treat for the drone but I also use it for my trucksims and sports games to....

Thanks Wayne

It took a bit of practice but now I would be lost without it.

The other day, I was using XPlane 11 and the number of times I

picked it up to "control the camera" , only to see that it was not functional, made me think it

has truly become a "must have" for me.

thank you very much Pete - I will try nextly for sure :)

Thanks JM

As I said it does take a wee bit of practice, but then it becomes second nature to use it.

It really is a superb way to control things in  3D  graphicss

All the best:)

I have to concur with Pete. Using an Xbox controller to control the drone camera in MSFS is hands down the way to go. As soon as you plug one in, by default, all the drone controls are assigned to the controller. The developers obviously learned early on how useful an Xbox controller for drone camera use was going to be. I have a Honeycomb yoke that I use, and I have my Xbox controller attached right to the center part of the Yoke so that all my drone controls are accessible without taking my hands off the flight controls. Works great!

Great shots and tips on controlling the drone as well!

Thanks Steve, I'm pleased you enjoyed them:)

Landon @Sniper31 really has a good setup with his drone and if you have a yoke it sounds like the ultimate position.

In my case I just have a joystick, but in either situation the drone is an essential bit of kit for me.

Once you use it, you wonder how you ever got along without it!
