Scottish Test Flight

Testing XP11.33 beta1... which seems to be working fine with True Earth... North in this case.....  Also using XVision 121 with my customised preset.

Out from Inverness... an area I've not visited and know little about, so I can't add much apart from the images themselves.

Gosh Mark , even on my little screen these leave one breathless.  I especially like the haze. It gives an almost mystical aspect to many of your screenshots.

Without a doubt this was a highlight of my day!

Cheers

These are beautiful Mark.  I'd love to sly low into that river valley.  Been flying XP out of Inverness myself lately too.

Thank Jack... It's a stunning area to explore. I'd like to get down there and walk it for real; tough terrain though.

I sure like the look of your preset (willing to share?) - sure works with Scotland.  Careful in that last one, you'll tumble your gyro :).

Thank you OND... I will upload the preset in a while [just cleaning up a few things]. I'll post it in the other post with my Cornwall pics... I may also add a post to the bottom of this one.

Super shots, that spitfire looks right at home up there...If you find any improvement in performance or even adverse effect on plugins etc with 11.33 beta1 through any of the three TE areas it would be good to know tks... :)

Thanks Capt... No issues thus far. I'm only using XVision and a single lua script, so not many plugins to go wrong here.. ymmv

Amazing.

I know I’ve said it on these forums before, but I think TE has virtually reached the point of being indistinguishable from reality in rural areas.

Thank you Mark... Indeed, this is the kind of fidelity I've been wishing for for a very long time.
