VH-KDK
Now for a short flight in the Cub from Stapleford to Panshangar 1. Chugging down the shorter rwy 10. 2. Heading in a westerly direction now and back over the airfield. 3. At the junction of the M25 and M11 close to Hobb's Cross. 4. At Harlow, one of the many "new towns" built after the war. 5. Hoddeston was formerly a coaching stop in the 1700s but is now a London commuter town. 6. Close to Hertford. 7. Coming in to land at Panshangar on the edge of Welwyn Garden City. 8. Used for training in WW2 and as a GA airfield after it was finally closed in 2014 and despite many attempts to reopen it seems destined for housing. Yet another airfield to be closed

Rodger Pettichord
VH-KDK, these are about as spot-on as scenery screenshots can get. I honestly don't see how they can be improved. Really nice. Thanks!

Stillwater
Great tour description, once again, Martyn. Yet another airfield to be closed Very nice shots there Martyn. These final two show a very good replication of the area near one of my relatives. I'm gutted that Panshanger closed, one of the only two GA airfields I've flown from in the UK - it was so incredibly well located for me to do the odd flight. Over 4 years on since the lease expired for aviation ops and the land owner still hasn't done anything with it. When visiting on a weekend summer's day, it's not the same without numerous light aircraft overhead. Good to see someone else fly it (albeit in the sim). Panshanger's spirit lives on! Maybe in a near future. Orlando is on the way, maybe we could have Hotlanta too. A lot faster than anything in Latin America
