Jack Sawyer Posted June 6, 2020 Share Posted June 6, 2020 Been spending a heck of a lot of time in my new wood shop, after 13 years of not woodworking it feels great to be making sawdust again. So there was an RXP GTN 750 update, I updated it and the A2A Bonanza and 182. Decided to see if it worked so set the plane at Orbx's very fine PAJN, Juneau and made a flight to PAGS, Gustavus. I used to fly in zero visibility in the valleys between huge peaks using just the GTN's terrain feature. That was when I was using FS Economy. Lots of fun back then. Shot 1 - The patchy clumps of tall grass - I have noticed these at several other Orbx GA airports recently & hadn't noticed them before. I wonder if there has been a change to the grasses? TTM The flora and fauna in the old FTX series seems more lush and detailed than that in the TE series.
