TigerTigerM Posted April 21, 2020 Share Posted April 21, 2020 Currently trying P3D v4.5 aircraft in v5. Freeware Avro 621 Civil by Nigel Richards copied straight into v5 from v4.5. Flies very nicely, sound works, gauges work. I suspect that some aircraft that don't require manually putting files into Effects or Gauges may copy over successfully. I am also trying different Lighting settings to fine tune v5. Small tweaks can make quite a visual difference. This set has: Brightness 1.16, Bloom: 0.32, [it was lower than that for the Scotland set], Saturation: 0.92. Raising the Bloom helped bring more light into the shots. I think that all xml based aircraft which worked in v4 will work in v5. As long as there are no .dll or .gau files involved. Nice shots of one of Orbx fine little gems.
