Great shots Adam. 🙂 It's a good looking DC3 in MSFS now, I've tried it but it's a bit different in detail from my Aeroworx in XP11. Or is it some payware addon?

Thank you Ikbenik and yes, hope that they will do the updates in the near future. Of course we will have to decide if to use the XP12 or XP11 version, otherwise we will need the diskspace twice. And there are some more addons to be updated, I have a lot of fantastic aircraft in XP11. But so far I think that it was a successful start for XP12, I like it.

Thank you all very much gentlemen, glad you like it! 🙂 Seems to be that that the True Earth sceneries for Xp11 basically work in XP12 with some minor issues. I've seen some surfaces without objects and so, but I can fly and it looks great. Airports are in place as well. The ground and the light environment looks better than in XP11. But my HD airports for XP11 do not work at all, the sim complaines and does not load it. Here's another shot near Ventura County: Cheers Andreas

Hi all, now I have done a full installation of XP12, someday I'll do it anyway. 🙂 And than I estabished some links to my Orbx scenery, which sits somewhere on another drive, and did a first flight. So this is the pure XP 12.03r1 without anything added except the links. There are no libraries or anything else added so far. And it seems to work, could be worse... Scenery is Orbx TE SD for Washington and the stock Cessna 172 which has an improved cockpit again. There is some more interesting new aircraft in the sim, I'll do more shots in the future. And of course I will try all my other stuff for XP11. Looking forward to new Orbx scenery for XP12! Thank you very much for viewing! Cheers Andreas

Very good looking pictures Adam 🙂, I wonder how to improve the light in my MSFS but don't know how. I have no tools available. And I don't want a nice day at the beach, the ugly little winter here is much better! 😆

Good looking shots Wayne, so this is XP 12, I mixed it up in the other post. You are quite advanced with your installation. #2 and #3 have a bombastic light as it is in MSFS. This is the new photometric light setup, it's not created by textures.

Yes, nice shots Wayne. Is it Xplane 12? So far I only tried the demo and found that they have a similar photometric sunlight now as it is in MSFS. Don't know yet if I need this...my Xplane 11 runs very well.

Hi all, hope eveyone is fine, my best wishes for 2023. Couldn't do so much in flightsims last months, now I've installed the latest Nvidia update to 528.02 and did a little flight in PNW to check if my P3d runs using the new driver. There are no problems. The scenery in the shots is made of the entire Orbx cake for the US, with the OLC underneath and than all the regions and than the TE sceneries. Of course there are hd airports somewhere as well but this here is at Seattle. So this is P3d 4.5, all Orbx scenery and the old Flight1 Islander for FSX which for me is one of the best ever.
