John Venema
We will be covering the walls of the new UK Development Centre with screenshots from Orbx products, but in order to enlarge them to be 2.3m in height, 4K resolution just does not cut it. So we've acquired a Dell 8K monitor and suprisingly my Titan X Pascal seems to run XP11 at around 30fps if I reduce the scenery LOD. Here is an example of an 8K shot, all sliders maxxed, in the Lake District. You can see how tiny the menu bar is! To see this in full resolution you will need to click on the screen and press the (+) button twice to bring it into its own window. Then you can zoom further in. paddler
What a dream, P3D flight simming with Orbx at 8 K. I don't think that my heart is ready for that. My bank account isn't for sure.
