Thank-you, everyone !  I'm glad you liked these !

It will be very hard to leave FSX and go on to one of the 64bit programs.  Although FSX is the grand daddy of flightsims, there is a reason why it's been around so long.  Granted, it has it's quirks, shortcomings, OOm's, fatal errors, and many essential config tweaks just to stay alive,  yet in the end ...... it still continues to somehow chug along and even throw the odd pleasant surprise.  No wonder many seasoned simmers still keep it on the side, for sentimental reasons.

Thank's MZee1960, now all I need to figure out is where to put it in the water. Can you direct me on this; I've only put a sub in the water once and it was not a good spot.

Sure,

I like to fly in warm climates over winter,  so Orbx's Pago Pago is a natural 1st choice.  Here,  I just picked NSTU as the starting point and when the sim loaded,  I slewed the ship from the runway (Y key) over into Pago Pago harbour and started from there.  Friday Harbour (W33) is another one of my faves,  and it's on water already.   The Nantucket (KACK) region is another great one.

Cheers,

MZ.   :)

BTW ...  If a pleasure yacht is more your style, then check out the freeware Sirocco GTX2 V2.0 here :   https://deltasimstudio.com/

This one's great for leisurely exploring Orbx's Pago Pago region by water, and finding all the scenery jewels you missed when flying overhead, lol  !

I'm on it, a different kind of SIM works for me. Thanks, MZ.
