Stillwater
Has anyone here ever wondered why our favourite scenery provide currently offers the odd number of 47 % as a discount? May it be 47 developers invited to JVs next birthday party? 47 products currently in the pipeline? 47 bit as the next simulator platform? Come one mates, let us speculate and post the wildest ideas here!
Just Fly
Because 42 was already taken as the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. Obviously.
Sniper31
I thought they said in the beginning that it was 47 products on sale over 31 days.
Matt McGee
I think there are over 130 products on sale. Maybe JV is 47 this year? If that's the case, the sale may get better and better as the years go by! Just wait until JV is 75!

Ken Terry
Because it is three less than 50 and a 50% off sale would have been too much. Cheers Ken

Matthew Kane
I think it comes down to the percentages developers are paid and things we are not supposed to know about etc It is 47% and that is great

John Venema
The truth is that I pick a random % amount for each sale, always over 30% and always below 50% I think 47% is the most discount we have ever offered to date, so take advantage of it! If we were consistent each time life would be too boring
