VH-KDK
After an enjoyable jaunt with the paramotor now for a flight in something a bit faster and more solid. A flight across the South Pacific from Honolulu International to NSTU in a Northwest A330. 1. Loading up at PHNL, even the air bridge works. 2. After waiting for a departing Fed Ex DC-10 take off over Mokauea Island. 3. Koko Head. 4. Another Fed Ex freighter, this one heading for Honolulu. 5. 6. 7. Starting Descent from FL360 8. First land for nearly 5 hours, Upolu. 9. The very familiar Fagatele Bay. 10. 11. Viatogi, a pleasant place to watch the jets landing. 12. Over the fence. 13. I love ILS when it all goes to plan! 14. Ground services preparing for the next flight. That again was highly enjoyable apart from a visitor with about 10 miles to run. Had to pause for about 45 minutes but all resumed ok. The A330 is freeware from the Rikoooo site.
Bermuda425
Smashing departure procedure from Hawaii! openLC will benefit this area really well. Then the long-haul pacific shots are great, not much to do I guess. ANd finally a brilliant ILS approach to Pago Pago. Well captured!
RJ
I too use all the Rikoooo freeware aircraft. Simple to fly and you get a lot of liveries with each aircraft. Great trip and great shots!
