I liked your shots so much I installed LESU myself and it looks great! Strange thing is I don't see any double lines as you show in that approach shot. I have the latest WU8 installed and haven't edited any files. I looked in my Content Mgr and didn't find LESU there as default. Do you maybe have a 3rd party freeware version installed? Here's what it looks like for me.

We have a little black spider that made a home at the back door between the wall and door trim. I almost squashed it but decided it could stay. It's built quite a tidy nest/web in the corner and doesn't run and hide from me passing by anymore. My granddaughter has named him Darth.

It's your choice. In most cases photogrammetry adds a lot to the scenery, but in a few cases it makes a mess of things like you saw at EKPR. I leave it on unless I'm in an area/airport where it looks bad. btw, welcome to the forums!

Beautiful shots! Could the extra ship becoming from an AI ship program and not from Orbx? Reason I ask is that I found a container ship that looked have sunken and it turned out to be an AI ship program.

Some of the "mules" I think they're called are moving on the edge of some locks. They are used to move the ships through the locks.

I installed YTYA fresh and saw there is a compatibility mode in the Control Panel for AUS v2. I checked the same area you show with it enabled and disabled but the trees look ok here. I have both Trees HD and TerraFlora2 installed and enabled. I do notice that the trees sway in the wind for me. Maybe try to Verify Files for the Orbx Libraries.
