  1. Ok, I have a 2nd one. Clue is PNW while I was there a few weeks ago.
  2. lol Good guess Rod! Indeed, it is Skagit. I knew someone would zoom in to read that sign!
  3. Since the last post was in April I'll jump back in with few from up north of me. #1
  4. I have luckily been to all the Orbx airports in N Calif, Oregon, and Washington states to see them in person. Just last week I found one near Puget Sound that will stump everyone in the "Orbx airports visited in real life" thread. I have flown in and out of KORS once, probably my favorite so that's why I scheduled a flight from the Lake Union seaplane base.
  5. Sorry, I may have misspoke. I think it was Alaska mesh recently updated.
  6. Yes, updated with no issues here. If you give me a location (airport) I'll go check it for you and report back.
  7. Great shots there! I saw a bit of blue sky in a couple shots, so in Renton that's considered a "sunny" day.
  8. I'd go with an amphibious STOL aircraft. I can go anywhere, well maybe not to 35,000' but anywhere on land/water.
  9. Great atmosphere Carlos. Enjoyed the video as well.
  10. Yes, stay safe out there. Flooding can be very unpredictable. Here in N Calif we will have 112 F heat tomorrow. Sounds bad but I've seen it hotter.
  11. Interesting lot here. I studied German in High School, thinking I would read scientific papers from Germany in my future studies. Little did I realize the level of competence I needed to understand any of them! Wish I had taken Spanish. After a 3 week trip to Costa Rica I found I could pick it up pretty well, so now am studying it online. I also know some Arabic but that's a story for another time.
  12. Yep, try around 1:30-2:00 PM on a Friday or Saturday to see the horses racing. Park close to the edge and watch them thunder by, it's quite good.
  13. I'll second that request! I live here and did the photography of these two airports so Jarrad Marshall could make them. Have to use P3D to fly around my home town now as MSFS version is not so good.
  14. One of the very few subscriptions I have on UTube. Love what this guy does.

  16. I'm not great at math but when presented a math problem I always try to figure it out in my head before going for the calculator. Love being at least close!
  17. Happy Birthday John! I've been incognito the last days, so missed it. Hope it was a good one.
  18. Lost my best friend in Vietnam and honor his sacrifice today. Knew many others as well but not as close as Dick Metcalf. It's the reason I enlisted in 67-71. RIP brothers
  19. Very fun to look at! I've been to that terminal in Maui once and this brings back great memories. The pink flamingos made my day too.
  20. Thanks Landon, I'll give that a try tomorrow.
  21. Thanks Wain, I've been reading it but hoped to "see" it as well.
  22. Looks beautiful but I still can't even get it started. Wish it had a "ready to fly" mode. I'm looking for tutorials so if anyone has a favorite one on how to get it going it would be appreciated. I think I spend too much time just testing scenery and using the C172,
