Handcrafted Airport – YMHB, Hobart Airport – Australia, Tasmania Hobart Airport (YMHB) is Tasmania’s major passenger terminal with over 60% off all domestic travel into the state. Located on a narrow peninsula just over the road from Hobart’s original Cambridge Aerodrome (YCBG) the airport offers stunning views as both arriving and departing flight paths are over the water. Hobart Airport was opened in 1956 and privatised in 1998, the location on the peninsula is ideal as the airport can operate without curfew to help facilitate the 10 airlines and roughly 2.7 million passengers that use Hobart airport annually. It is located only a few kilometres from Hobart International Airport. Cambridge has been the primary site of aeronautics in Hobart from its opening in the 1920s. In July 1934, the federal government acquired 190 acres of land to establish an aerodrome on the current site. It served as Hobart’s main airport until the International Airport opened in 1956. Today, it is the base of Par Avion, which specialises in day trips and scenic flights around Hobart and the South West Wilderness of Tasmania; the Aeroclub of Southern Tasmania; and Heli Resources, a Helicopter Company that focuses on aerial work and flights in Antarctica. BrianV
Beautiful products, though I wish they would do the 30% off when getting them both.
captainbluesky
Good news and amazing scenery from NZA who have also produced some excellent FS 2020 freeware on the flightsim.to website. Why is there no 30% discount offered on Cambridge if buying Hobart at the same time, as per the offer on the NZA website? Surely Orbx can match this same offer for the same products? dutchsim
Looking great! Although 19 euro for a scenery these days is a bit pricy to my opinion. But will give it a try during sales probably....

With 4 thousand more I can pay my electricity bill Though the quality is outstanding and I love them I would say this compensates somehow the other 5 jewels they produced for free, amazing job! Currently I have others in sight that I can buy with the cost of one of these but that I'll get them in time that is fact. It is great how the offer in Orbx has grow. You will then see both products appear totalling e.g. Eur 32.28 - Eur 18.99 for Hobart and Eur 13.29 for Cambridge.

happytraveller
I highly recommend both these add-ons. The details are fantastic, both internally and externally. Bought both together and am very happy with them so I would not hesitate over the price as clearly a LOT of work has gone into making these add-ons. True, other airport add-ons may be cheaper, but quality always costs more. I could buy an airport add-on for 10 euros or less but never be happy with the quality but both Hobart and Cambridge are worth the money. So although the purchase price might look high, the quality is also very high, Jerry
