Stillwater
This is a short flight along some sights out of Felts, ... ... and Spokane River makes already the start looking nice. Downtown, nearly as iconic as Manhattan. Below should be St. Georges School, one of my daughters went there for a semester. Her host family resides in Colbert. Surely a place for a chat and a drink. Heading north, sandwiched between moutains and clouds... ... we reach Newport. THAT is definetively a place for a chat and a drink, isn´t it @BradB?! Sandpoint, with another landclass error for me, ... ... and the beautiful Lake Pend Oreille. For the brave ones: The Silverwood roller coaster. Returning to Felts, once again between clouds and hills.

BradB
Loved the trip Gerold , I try to stay out of Spokane ; too much community spread of COVID 19 . Our county has had only three cases so far to date . As far as drinking goes , those days are long gone . Coffee , water and ice tea are my preferred beverages now . John Some day we will have a vaccination against it, but I am sure this will take time... so everyone has to take care for self and the others. I agree with "drinking days are long gone" as regards to what we did below 30. But with a good glass of wine or a cold beer you could still attract me to jump off at Newport...
