Yea Martyn, what gives? No flight crew at all in the cockpit....I would say that has to be some kind of safety violation ;) Good looking shots of the DC-4 over and area not seen too often on here :)

Great images Martyn!

Looking at the cockpit shot were you on autopilot and in the rear mixing with the passengers? :D

Thanks Paul.

I think I will give up on many of the things I do as yet again I have been found out leaving "George" in command while I was down the back enjoying myself.:)

Some totally un-Martyn-style pictures, but in great light!

Thank you Gerold.

This was one of those quick flights before bedtime, I hadn't flown the DC-4 for a long time so I just set the AP and let the plane fly.

I haven't shown the images where all you could see was low cloud!

Many thanks Landon. No flight crew? It must have been something we ate.:o

Quite an interesting area too especially around Pittsburgh.

How about late for dinner?

With Rancid Halibut Giblet Haggis on the menu Jack, we have no need to call you anything.

Once you smell it coming out of the steamer, you would be knocking the door down to get in.:o:ph34r::lol:

Thanks Karl, isn't this one of the funniest movies ever.:)

Along with the Naked Gun series but sadly they couldn't make these today.

You're so right Martyn. I'm still laughing my head off. Remember the autopilot scene? And so on.:D
