  1. This shot is from a flight between YBPN and YBCS in my non Australian registered Carenado CT206H.
  2. I agree 100% More vacation destinations.
  3. When I wanted to try flying around Australia I did a search for Australian registration skins for the Stationair. I found one for Australian Air but it was from the MS 2004 version of the Stationair and I could not make it work. The British registration version was one of the best looking repaints so I used it. Carenado produced the Stationair for MS 2004 then upgraded it for FSX then upgraded it again for P3D. They seem to have gotten all the bugs out. Its a beautiful airplane and I think its one of their better efforts. Hopefully, they will figure out a way to get it into MSFS.
  4. I would like to see passengers getting on airplanes.
  5. For developers right now MSFS is a gold rush. Things will settle down eventually.
  6. And about an hour and a half later here we are in YBUD. Next stop YBPN. I saw a story that more people who can are taking private airplanes instead of putting up with the hassle of commercial flights.
  7. Ready to load up the Stationair for a flight from YBCG to YBUD.
  8. Excellent shots and tour of the coast.
  9. Orbx True Earth California on a flight from Ukiah, Ca to Medford Or.
  10. This is on a flight from Ukiah, Ca. to Medford, Or. The Carenado C337H in the skin of a Forest Service fire patrol aircraft.
  11. Nick, I was able to find two files specifically related to S07 and removed them to a new folder outside of P3D. below is a screenshot after removing the files, and when I ask P3d to load KBDN. When I ask PD to load S07 I still get something like this but with the second ghost airport below, even after removing the two files. The two files I was able to find and remove are: ADE_FTX_OR_S07_Bend_Mun_CVX.bglADE_FTX_OR_S07_Bend_Mun.BGL I was not able to find any vector files specifically related to either S07 or KBDN. Keep in mind that I never loaded earlier versions than 5.2 of P3D. Also, I have all the Orbx west coast regions as well as all the North America True Earth regions. I have to admit I find the file structure somewhat confusing. Any help you can give will be much appreciated. Bend is a fairly large city in Oregon and the location of the airport makes it central to Oregon.
  12. When I built my new computer three months ago I saved the SSD with all the FSX "stuff" on it and installed it in the new machine as one of the drives. I can access all the files but FSX won't run on the new machine. I still have the original installation disk and some day I may reinstall FSX, but for now I am enjoying P3D.
  13. KBDN is Bend Muni in Oregon. The airport seems to have one set of runways ghost leveled above another set of runways by 10 feet or so. Not sure which set is correct. Can this be fixed?
  14. The 170 is a simple airplane to fly and it has really good visibility out the front. Its excellent for low and slow flying.
  15. They are making some progress in controlling the fires. But even so today around Medford the smoke is really bad. The problem in Southern Oregon and Northern California is that during the summer months we get mostly dry lighting storms in which there is more lightning than rain. That and the unusually dry weather for Oregon plus the unusually warm summer days we are getting in recent years.
  16. A lot of FSX stuff can be ported over to p3d5.2hf1 and still works ok. Its one of the advantages of P3D.
  17. Here is the Corenado C337 at Klamath Falls Oregon. Rex Sky Force got the amount of smoke haze about right but I yellowed it up in post processing. This is what a lot of southern Oregon looks like now.
  18. Avsim is back now. I just downloaded a bunch of skins for the C337.
  19. This is a flight from San Luis Obispo to Cloverdale.
