WebMaximus Posted January 25, 2023 Posted January 25, 2023 Yep, so much looking forward to this one!!
slicker55 Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 @Marcus Nyberg just read this post with interest and think it's safe to say, this scenery is going to be one helluva jaw-dropping, gorgeous, work of art! I know one thing, this beauty will definitely be heading straight into my collection, day one, for sure. We all know 'Rome wasn't built in a day', things like this simply 'take as long as they take' but if you had to make a guess, when do you think we might be able to get our sticky fingers on this baby? 2

Thank you for your kind comments During spring sometime is probably reasonable. April perhaps! Got my birthday in April so that would be a great gift to get this done in time for that. 5 1

kityatyi Posted March 4, 2023 Posted March 4, 2023 Holy cow! You never cease to amaze me. I very seldom pay a visit to these forums but every time there is an update from you, my jaw drops. I purchased your Bromma, Malmö and Göteborg already, and Arlanda will be an instant-buy, obviously, too. Can't wait for the ATR to be released, I will surely "base" one in ARN and another one in BMA to crisscross Sverige. Speaking about crisscrossing Sverige, I am also hoping that you will one day consider some of the less "mainstream" Swedish regional airports (including but not limited to former NextJet destinations) such as Sundsvall, Östersund, Örnsköldsvik Umeå, Lycksele, Vilhelmina, Skellefteå, Luleå... :-) 2 1
janjoensson Posted April 27, 2023 Posted April 27, 2023 Any news on this interesting project? Jan i Stockholm 1
WebMaximus Posted April 27, 2023 Posted April 27, 2023 Would love to know as well and whether it's still likely you'll be able to treat yourself with the birthday gift getting this one out Marcus 😉 1

Jan i Stockholm Sorry, no but I argue that it's better that we do it properly than get it out sooner. Things just tends to take more time than I anticipate. But we are seeing the finish line now at least! On it's way I'll add some screenshots if you are not following the facebook page. Just want to point out a nice detail, we got 17 different cargo container liveries and perhaps 7 different models for them. All grabbed from the real airport On 3/4/2023 at 9:17 PM, kityatyi said: Holy cow! You never cease to amaze me. I am actually looking at a bundle with Östersund, Umeå and Luleå. We have great material for all of them and they would make lots of sense with the rest of the route network. But one thing at a time 9
WebMaximus Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 (edited) That looks spectacular Marcus! Like you would be there IRL 🙂 Fully agree on you prioritizing quality vs a quick release. With that said, I'm SO much looking forward being able to fly to ESSA in MSFS! ...and edited to add, I love what you mentioned about that bundle. A friend of mine flying for Ryanair just moved back home to start flying domestic. Will be great being able to replicate his flying in MSFS and run on some of the airports he's flying to 👍 Edited April 28, 2023 by WebMaximus 1

Same with model complexity, we keep a lower profile on landside details and some interior complexity. We hope to provide a beautiful experience from the pilot seat and airside environment and save in on other things. We also have an extensive use of LOD's to load up more detail the closer you are. Also, you will be able to turn off features in the configuration tool if bought at Orbx directly to reduce details if you want more performance. I wouldn't add eye candy that ends up with a product that can't be used 6
wain71 Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 @Marcus Nyberg thanks for the info there, that's really good to hear, and yes always direct from Orbx... 1

stiletto2 Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 (edited) It's a teaser video. ESSA has not been released yet as far as I can tell. ESSA is listed, along with YMML, in the "Coming Soon" section of Orbx Direct at this time so it shouldn't be too long. Edited June 16, 2023 by stiletto2 1

carlosqr Posted June 17, 2023 Posted June 17, 2023 (edited) It happens that once I got fired, I was at my desk at home and suddenly felt inside this "pushing feeling, message"..buy the 66 in lottery. I thought that buying an entire ticket would be expensive, and as I was unemployed I decided not to buy it. Yes, the winning prize was #66. Millions of colones, I would not need to work in my life 🥲 It's inevitable not to remember that when I see the number So, is this a subliminal message again? Let's execute order 66 !! Let's enjoy Arlanda, thank you Marcus! Cheers Carlos Edited June 17, 2023 by carlosqr 2
