VH-KDK
Victoria is the Capital of British Colombia with a population of almost 86.000. It was first settled in 1843 and many of it's historical buildings remain today. Victoria Harbour with the deep sea facility and heliport of Ogden Point clearly visible to the right. Fisherman's Wharf provided a good vantage point to see the many seaplanes arriving and departing. Also I enjoyed a very tasty seafood chowder in one of the many restaurants. Looking up James Bay, or Inner Harbour as it is known today. The Inner Harbour Airport(CYWH) and Empress Hotel (centre) can be seen.
lifejogger
At first I thought you might be talking about Garden City, Kansas. Obviously you were not. I know the last two are real photos but the first shot looks very real too.
Jack Sawyer
Very nice Martyn but why is he trailing a rope/wire in the second photo? Was it they forgot to stow the rope?

They are very in Midland. They are easily tamed if you feed them and they are even given pet names. The one that hangs around my nephews garden is called Anne Tlur.
