VH-KDK Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 On a flight from Sequim Valley to Anacortes but I am told that due to noise abatement problems I will have to come in lower than usual and away from the residential areas. 1. Keeping an eye out for those cables. 2. Breath in, I am not sure if it will fit. 3. Listening out for scraping sounds. 4. I have new wingtips waiting at Anacortes but I wont need them. 5. Nobody throwing rotten tomatoes off the bridge at me today. 6. Apparently this was caused by some clown hooning around in a 763! 7. That was close despite red lining those engines. 8. That I have done in Anacortes for sure, the green bridge seemed familiar to me, so I was left like... Sequim... The 50s and 60s were incredibly loud and the jets also left behind a nice trail which would make some today choke on their latté. I never heard a Vulcan close up but the Valiants which occasionally flew over our house were NOISY! Thanks for the link and here is one of my favourite YT vids.
