TE Wash., some mountain flying

Weather isn’t really perfect for this kind of flying, but we’ll give it a try with our dependable “Rosinante”.

We also have our fishing rod loaded, just in case we spot a decent river bank to land

Taking off from Skykomish, a small rural town (population was 191 in 2018) in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie Nat. Forest and around 50 miles east of Everett.

Now that looks like a perfect fishing spot

Nice, but now I really wanna go fishing

Damn…I lowered the flaps too fast at too high a speed. The left one is now missing

An excellent set and narrative Bernd.

I think you will have to go "fishing" for your missing flap now!

Thanks Martyn, fishing for my missing flap should be the least of my worries, before I get back on terra firma :)

I really enjoyed the shots and story!

Speed tape the flap when you find it.

Greg

I'll use some duct tape, Greg. Has helped me a lot in the past :D

Cool Set, were you able to set down and fish.

No, I played it safe and went back to Skykomish instead :)

Amazing scenery Bernd, I agree with Greg, speed tape is awesome, I still us eat all the time.  It's better than duct tape.

Many thanks buddy. I didn't know of speed tape. Thanks to Greg and you for this info :)
