VH-KDK Posted May 19, 2018 Share Posted May 19, 2018 I have been toying with buying the Carenado SAAB 340, I thought I would hold off for a few weeks but then I got a message tonight from Mr Jan Kees. So here I am. 1. A couple of interior views to start off with. 2. I have flown on this plane both with Kendell and then later with REX. 3. Taking off from YBWW Wellcamp. 4. The airport is a bit quiet today, I think they are out parrot hunting! 5. A beautiful plane that handles really well. 6. Great sound and the livery is just the best. 7. Gear down and getting ready to land. 8. In my excitement I forgot to check the runway heading and I am hopelessly to port. Never mind, here goes. 9. I cannot believe that. 10. A beautiful cockpit, I will have to now make the effort to see what everything does. 11. There we are, what a wonderful plane and this was one of my typical Ctrl+e flights. 12. The only disappointment is that the lady with the big cones is absent. Well done Carenado, I like this plane very much Many thanks Jan for your wonderful livery enabling me to fly in P3DV4.0. The steep banking during the flight is not due to any inebriation of the crew but to get the last dregs out of the tanks. It wouldn't do to waste any would it! Steve Thank you Steve, I have always liked flying in the SAABs but now I live nearer to Melbourne it is only a 2 hour drive. I flew on this plane many times which is why I chose it for my name.
