Rattling along in NSW.

A pleasant late afternoon flight along the Mid Western Highway out of Bathurst.

1.bb1.jpg

Lift off from Bathurst.

2.bb2.jpg

Passing an XPT train at South Bathurst.

3.bb3.jpg

Across the town.

4.bb4.jpg

Mount Panorama circuit when we first noticed a rattle from the cockpit.

5.bb5.jpg

Following the A41 Mid Western Highway

6.bb6.jpg

Some of the beautiful Central West NSW countryside, that rattle is annoying.

7.bb7.jpg

Carcoar Lake is approaching as we descend.

8.bb8.jpg

Blayney Airfarmers is our destination with that annoying noise persisting.

9.bb9.jpg

My best ever chopper landing after several years of trying!

10.bb10.jpg

A peaceful evening but there is work to do on the chopper.

11.bb11.jpg

We just cant figure what the rattle is in the chopper.

Well done Martyn! Another great flight and narrative. :)

Your video reminds me of my wife - always talking about odd noises in her car. Nowadays I just look in the glovebox or the trinket tray to find the culprit!

Thank you Paul.:)

I had the opposite one day driving down to Melbourne when the car was too quiet.

A Highway Patrol car stopped me and asked if I realised my wife had fallen out of the car 15km back.

I said, "thank goodness for that, I thought I had gone deaf."

Yeah it's an old one but there may be someone who has been on planet Mars for the last 50 years!

First, I loved your chopper Martyn, then the scenery and narrative was excellent, loved it too.  Is there a train there that move?  Never noticed it.  But that video, been there done that, not to his extent but don't ask me how I know.

Thank you Jack and I am happy you enjoyed  my flight.

It appears the XPT is static and it is the first time I have seen it too, I haven't been to Bathurst much.

Always liked that ad, can you imagine it!
