Off the ground quite quickly, and climbing fast:

Turning on course.  The destination will be on the other side of the river just before Harlequin Lake.

Harlequin Lake airport is just ahead.  This runway is slightly shorter than dangerous river, at 1,700 feet.  But it's still way longer than we need for the super cub.

Parked.  No horses here, but at least there's some cabins to stay the night.

Hi caleb1

Enjoyed these terrific photos

How did you get that rather fine GPS unit into the Super Cub?

I just have the small dashboard version

Thanks xxd09.

I am using the Flight Replicas Super Cub Ultra.  The regular Flight Replicas Super Cub has the dash mounted one, and the Ultra has the one in the panel.
