Beautiful series Jack with some loverley scenery.

Narromine has some interesting history.

Used for flight training in WW2 but post war was used by Qantas with DC-4s and Constellations being regular visitors there.

Thanks Martyn, and thanks for that excellent information, this is what I love, I really like learning unique aviation things like this.  Why did they call it Narromine without a w?  Was it a narrow mine or something like that?

Thank you Jack, Narromine is maned after a farm in the area which is from the Aboriginal word "Honey Person."
