Jack Sawyer
This time in V4 I maxed out all the slider, all Orbx, Global, Northern California, Vector, Trees, all of it. AS4 & ASCA on and it was beautiful flying! Orbx did an amazing job here, it's so detailed. KSFO to KDWA Love those navy ships! What's this? Are they chatting? What are these guys up to? Must be free parking or something! I love this detail and terrain, it's beautiful! Lovely! It was a gloriously beautiful day to fly

VH-KDK
Excellent flight Jack, many thanks for the tour. Great how the scenery changed as your flight progressed. Must be cold the way that those ships are huddled together.

Northern California hasn't gotten the much deserved attention I wanted to give it since I bought it. Yeah, the Beaver is so easy to fly, very fun plane. 8 hours ago, adambar said: Super series of shots Jack! Stillwater
Nice tour & shots, Jack. And I have seen the same weather on my sim flying in NorCal yesterday, seems the sims are working. Be careful putting US Navy ships so close to tankers. They have proved to be a severe danger.

Thanks Gerold, I have to agree with you, can't have Navy ships near tankers these days.
Chunk
Nice pics near the ghost fleet at Mare Island. The idiots here in the Bay Area had the choice to keep the USS Iowa here, but they let it go down to Southern California. It was part of the ghost fleet for a long time. Great sturgeon fishing there btw. Nice shots to boot!

I'll have to look for real photos, this is news to me, very interesting news.

What a place to put ships! And Orbx nailed it! I wonder why they chose that site? Kind of like the Davis Monthan for ships.
