bernd1151
It’s still fairly early in the morning when we got our clearance for take off in our 1940s Fiat G12 Trimotor Everything went fine until I saw this bank of clouds in front of me Oh oh…. Sh….you know the word. We have to climb out of this Thirty minutes later. That looks better And this even more Oh come on!! Not again..Well, in case Iain wants to tell me that I cannot publish this thread on the ORBX forum, because we cannot see any ORBX scenery, let me assure you, it is there, well….somewhere…somewhere down there…I hope Yezzzz, ya see We are about to hit the northern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island Crossing Port Hardy I need a stiff one now
Stillwater
This is one of my favourite routes in the area. Though I try to adhere to Iain´s guidelines more strictly, cheat with the weather and enjoy the scenery. But your weather gives a realistic thrill, Bernd... Jack Sawyer
They're all good. Iain isn't really like that is he? I mean one shot that's clouds? I particularly liked when you broke out of the clouds to that beautiful scenery, it was stunning to see.

bernd1151
Thanks a lot Gerold and Jack. No worries jack, I was just kidding, Iain is definitely not that strict. I can remember that I have published on occasion a couple of shots that I found nice, which had no ORBX background at all and iain still found them nice too. Sometimes, when he doesn't post anything, you know that he means: well it's tolerated for now, but don't overdo it. And I agree with you, that shot when I came out of the clouds was really quite something. Because the clouds opened up fairly quickly and I just sat there and said: Woow!! olderndirt
I really like that tri-motor and, FWIW, my thinking is, if you have 'Global' installed, that's Orbx scenery. If only "FAT" scenery qualifies then say so.
VH-KDK
Glorious set Bernd and what a beautiful old plane you were flying. I've been to Port Hardy too, a great area to explore. Just keep an eye out for those cloud police though
