  1. Amazing shots Iain! 2nd one had me going as real for a second.
  2. What amazing skills, both in scenery design and the video making. Thanks for posting this John.
  3. I collect seeds and plants. I also have a book collection based on the founding of the US Government and some written by it's authors. Ex Washington, Franklin, Webster, the Constitution, Federalist Papers, Right of Man, John Locke, etc., all hard leather bound-gold edged. Some of my most favorite reading, except for my collection of plant books.. lol
  4. Tried that approach to rwy 14 ILS both with and without Orbx Bern installed. Saw the texture morphing in both scenarios. Agree with John B that it's an Asosbo issue.
  5. I'll go fly that approach now and see if I see the same Carlos. Have you tried it with Orbx Bern uninstalled?
  6. Hi Carlos, you don't have a mesh for Italy from fltsim to installed do you? I did and it caused morphing/terrain issues at Bern. If this is the case I solved it by disabling one file to .off. It was ItalyDEM/CGL/120/dem221.cgl
  7. Gardening is one of my passions. Here's a pic of part of my backyard. Recreating USA history from the early 1800's is another fun skill. I made most everything in view (clothes, rifle, boxes, chairs, tables, tables, lanterns, etc)
  8. What you did with my garden is amazing John! Yes, it's permanent but always changing....lol. And Don, just wow!
  9. Thanks John but I struggle to do stick drawings! I can however create beautiful landscapes on the ground, but you never know. My sister is amazing with pastels and oils. And Don, your library is as big as mine, albeit mine is all about plants....🙂 Here's a shot of some of my art.
  10. Liked all the art I'm seeing, but especially the beach scene called to me John. Beautiful work.
  11. Hi Sven, welcome back. Hope things have settled down a bit for you. P3D is still an excellent sim and doesn't need an internet connection, so that's a plus! I'm up north of you in Redding and agree, the weather has been unusual lately.
  12. Hi Don, I hadn't flown the RV10 yet so just started up MSFS and selected the Vans RV10. I found the heading adjust knob on the left of the display. If you use the mouse to highlight the outer portion of the knob it and use the mouse wheel it will change the blue heading bug. If you use the inner portion of the knob it will adjust the altitude. The knob on the far lower right of that screen will adjust either the course or barometer settings. (outer part of knob for course, inner portion for barometer setting. Here's a screen of the heading/altitude knob. Heading adjust knob Altitude adjust
  13. Not well versed in the English titles I'm seeing but Downton Abbey is one of my favorites. My other one is Heartland, which is based in Canada and revolves around a ranching family and horses.
  14. I think there was much more engagement when members helped each other with issues, instead of the ticket system of support. IMHO of course.
  15. Like this shot Don, lot's of atmosphere.
  16. I 'm still not able to get the WU12! Turning green here...lol. Very nice shots Iain and looking forward to getting the new Caribou myself.
  17. I've seen Sniper over at avsim but not here for quite awhile. No idea why Don.
  18. Good to hear Don! Sometimes going backwards is the best way to make forward progress.
  19. Replies to my wife's questions. I'd spend less time with my foot in my mouth.
  20. I've had a dog friend most of my life until a few years back and loved them all. Now, alas, I only have this......
