  1. Hey, Thanks Joe for stepping in! So yep that is the current case and it's a bummer as I understand as a customer you see jetways functioning on other airports and wonder why we haven't added them. It's simply a case of the SDK not supporting those kind of jetways. They have actually never been supported, not even in FSX, it's basically the same tech still. For P3D/FSX we got SODE in the end which made it possible to add them. There are work-arounds which with some tweaking can get them to connect, however for some of the gates they look ok most of the time, but it doesnt take much to make them struggle with the alignment and the whole jetway starts twisting. All initial testers I had trying it out for ESGG had the same opinion to drop it, so we did that for both ESMS & ESGG even though ESMS only one of the jetway types (the one that is actually usually performing better, but still it's not perfect). Feel free to contact ASOBO to see if they can add the functionality, we would love that! As far as I've understood they didn't even animate that kind of jetways on ESSA which was one of their custom airports in the World Update Nordics package. So that's the current status and in many ways just what we said from the start as well: when ASOBO adds SDK support for N-type & T-type jetways, we will for sure add that to our products.
  2. Hey! Thanks for letting us know. That is weird, we haven't changed anything about the ground systems in the update. I'll make a note on it and see if we can figure that out, might be the SU6 (trying to blame anyone but myself!) Cheers, Marcus
  3. Hey guys, ILS-fix is up! statics optional in a couple weeks
  4. ESMS is corrected and on the way to testing so it's on the way
  5. Had some time to have a look at it right away! Yeay. Test this file and see if it helps, Place it in Orbx\p3dv5\ESGG Gothenburg Landvetter Airport\Orbx\FTX_EU\FTX_AA_ESGG\Scenery Cheers, Marcus ESGG_PLC_Fog.bgl
  6. Hey Felix, I'll have a look at the ESGG issue and get back to you. Might be a few days, but I'm on it Cheers, Marcus
  7. I think the best solution would be to revisit if they update the SDK to support these kind of jetways, think we have done what we can with the current SDK.
  8. Hey, Sorry about this, So after all in the initial testing group the overall opinion was to drop the moving gates as even though they looked good sometimes, they also looked quite weird other times as there is no support in the SDK for it and we tweaked the code as much as we could. So final verdict was: if it doesnt look top notch, drop it. So that's where we at. So to sum it up, the moving jetways are probably not coming and we could have pushed the ILS fix way earlier instead. Sorry about this. No one was a winner this time. I'll have the build sent for final testing today and hopefully I didn't screw anything up and the fix will be up in the week sometime.
  9. Know you meant P3Dv4/v5 but for a second I just started thinking about what the sim will look like when we reach P3Dv45, wow Well, I will be honest about the P3D version of Bromma. I am looking into it, trying to see if there is a good way to transfer the product. The airport itself is no problem, the issue is the city and we have to either make a complete cityscape for Stockholm or crop the product to be only final approach, and then I mean like really final approach. I've got a feeling that people would not be super excited about a product where the approach over Stockholm is one of the key aspects and we skip that and for it to be only boring landclass. So this is where I'm at right now: if we can make it good and within a time frame where it's worth it we will do it, if it would end up being a less good product or we won't have the budget to make it to what it is supposed to be, we will skip it. I want people to know that if I release something it is worth getting, would hate see people get disappointed.
  10. Hey yes, I'm working on it right as we speak.
  11. Hey James, Sorry about this. We have another thread about this subject as well that explains a bit further why it hasn't been fixed yet. But doesn't really matter now, I understand it is frustrating waiting for this to be fixed and I agree it is something that a customer is expected to have corrected within reasonable time. I'm finalizing a patch now that will fix the ILS issue, and also introduce moving gates (as well as they can be made without support from the SDK) as well as optional statics. I hope, without any promises, it will be released with a couple weeks, depending on the beta testing outcome. Thank you for the patience, and I do sincerely apologize. Cheers, Marcus
  12. Hey guys, I'm the developer of ESMS. There is an update on it's way with moving jetways and optional statics, where this issue will also be addressed. I hope (no promises) that the update will have passed through testing within a couple weeks. Cheers, Marcus
  13. Hope to have the updates ready for both ESGG and ESMS within the next few weeks, a bit depending on beta testing outcome.
  14. Hey there! We are working on it! My plan was to finish the ESSB package and I am now fixing the last bits on ESGG. Then ESMS will receieve it's update and statics around terminal area will be optional. Just want to point out that the custom moving gates we are adding are a long stretch from what is "functioning in the SDK" which also was proven in the WU Nordic update, as far as I've understood they didn't even add moving gates to the T-type gates at ESSA which was one of the featured airports in the update. The tweaks we are adding to make them function is far from what was intended with the moving gates tech included in the sim. Cheers, Marcus
  15. Hey! I can turn off the taxilights for the line you mentioned in the next patch. the second thing noted is on my end. No changes will be made to any taxilines or ground elements in the patch. cheers
  16. Hm well depending on how you turn you can end up outside coverage quickly. Can you check the map i added and see if you are still within that zone?
  17. Here you have a rough coverage area, are you seeing green roads inside that area?
  18. Thanks guys for the nice feedback! Makes me very happy to hear And I try to be as transparent as possible so I'm glad that is being noticed, and also to be present and approachable if there are questions (as long as the tone is friendly of course ). We are all in this together!
  19. We are working on an update to fix the ILS issue and add moving gates.
