2 quick questions about addon linker, Firstly, I have set up the folders where I want to install my addons, for example I want to install Enhanced AI into the following link, D - MSFS Addons - Utilities, I set up the path in central, and click install and select the utilities option, but within the folder in creates a new folder level called msfs, can I stop central adding this extra level? Also can I just copy and paste all my Orbx addons from the community folder to new folders without having to reinstall to save a bit of time? Thanks

Yeah they are - just like any other liveries, not sure what you mean up to date? You'll lose nothing by installing them

I am unsure about the number but I think updates follow the same process, I do really hope for the Marketplace users it does improve

Yep, I was told by a developer it could be up to 16 weeks, although I read Asobo/MS are hiring a bigger team to speed to process up

Your first sentiment I would agree with to an extent but the 2 updates since SU5, have seemed pretty stable and haven't produced many issues bar the TrackIR, which is fairly big, albeit the workaround till it's fixed isn't to cumbersome. Every sim update fixes bugs and improve the core sim, which is why they are mandatory, but before people complain, I am pretty sure quite a few companies only provide support if you are running the latest version as it's hard providing support across multiple versions. As for new content, you can uninstall it, for example, Lepzig/EDDP was an airport added in SU7 but I am going to buy Digital Designs creation, so I just delete it through the content manager. I wish the non-critical parts of the updates (like airports and new planes) were optional when you start the update so I don't waste the time downloading them only to delete them, but as I say they are then delete-able afterwards.

Are you living under a rock? PMDG have developed and released the DC6 which is highly regarded and very stable, and the 737 is very close to release based on current information. A2A literally said yesterday they have accu-sim ready and they are now in full MSFS development We get it, you don't like MSFS and prefer to stick with P3D, that's fine, but don't spread incorrect information because you obviously have 0 clue

I guess this goes back to the issue of Asobo are somewhat directed by Microsoft and can't delay updates unless it's a major issue, which yes I use trackIR, but it doesn't really affect the core sim. Hopefully a hotfix may address this (if enough pressure is applied) otherwise the next update, albeit annoying, updates are never to far away...

I agree with you, I would like to see africa in general get more love. I know there's complications with African airports (getting adequate photo's/surveys), but I would love to see African airports in the future

I think I may recreate the route with the 747 oppose to the 777-300ER. I wonder how long till we can have a direct flight between LHR and AKL and if it'll be successful, same with Qantas's own project sunrise

I stumbled across this wiki page the other day https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Longest_flights#Direct_flights_with_stops It has given my some food for thought of routes to do when the relevant planes release for 2020. Does anyone know of any website or just any other direct with stops flights like this. Like ANZ1 AKL-LAX-LHR or BAW1 LCY-SNN-JFK and I think ACA operates YYZ-SYD via YVR? Thanks

ESGG doesn't have optional statics yet no matter where you bought it, but the developer has mentioned an update where they will be optional

Hi, welcome to the forums, Last I've heard, the marketplace (sadly) can take up to 16 weeks in some cases, hopefully it's sooner but it depends how quickly MS/Asobo get to it.

The developer has said today he will address the LOD issues in a patch As for the buildings, I’ve just looked at photos of the island, the buildings don’t look massively varied in real life, so I personally don’t see the issue, after all the default scenery could be wrong, (in fact I’d put money on it, hence the need for world updates)

Hi @HAMNATO, welcome to the forums, just done a quick test flight and ILS 12R/30L both seem to be working right for me, runway 12L/30R does not have an ILS in real life ILS 12R ILS 30L

@Er!k, I can confirm even with the pushback mod, you are unable to connect stairs, however the pushback should not be removed as looking at the charts, pushbacks at LDSP are used sometimes under certain conditions, so pushbacks are needed for us being realistic

If you bought the from Orbx, then download Orbx Central and log in with your website login and the 8 sceneries should show as bought, click on them and install, Just make sure Orbx Central recognises a valid installation path to MSFS, for example, my installation path is straight to the community folder
