I have chosen Wanaka for my screenshot as it has a good variety of NZ scenery, snow capped mountains, lush green pastures, beautiful lakes and low cloud all so beautifully crafted by ORBX. I chose an aircraft manufactured in New Zealand and I thought yellow would blend with the beautiful scenery colours.

The good thing about this competition is it has given me the excuse to just sit down and tweek my sim. having just recently bought an i7 2600k with gtx580 all i have been doing is enjoying the smoothness and clarity of the sim. Got a bit tired of tweeking the old laptop and had not bothered with tweeking the new , until now .

OK folks, haven't had a whole lot of flying time to try for screenies this month, due to being in the dark wilds of Queensland, but here's my entry for the comp. For me it shows everything I love about flying the south island... the beautiful mountains, the braided watercourses, the green fields... everything that my home in West Oz isn't I also have this pic sans aircraft, and in super widescreen panorama as well... but I liked the lighting on the plane in this shot.

As per the rules, none of my customary edits on this one, but I am using a customised bastardisation of TIm Fuchs' ENBPlus Sunlight as well as Shade.

Hope you all like it! Gotta say there's some damn fine shots in this thread, keep 'em coming
