Stillwater
After some excursions of the geological features of Rotorua and some dives into the Maori culture, we continue northbound on NZNI. At Te Werati I did NOT spot the proposed radar station, but an impressive change from forested hills to the lowlands. Small things part 1: Near Matamata should be the remainders of the Hobbiton movie set. Obviously too small to be seen from above. So we went on to Hamilton... ... and here we can spot some coulourful dots near the lake. Small things part 2: A lovely collection of balloons! I find the representation of the flat land quite impressive as well. At Glenbrook we reach Manakau Harbour, ... ... where we approach... ... NZAA. Ready to explore Auckland!

Sniper31
Wonderful flight and images Gerold. I enjoyed this excursion much! The images are indeed showing off some great scenery, and I think your water colors look great, especially in that approach shot. Landon

The New Zealand scenery by Orbx is a true showcase of what FSX/P3D can achieve - and a pleasure to visit. I like it just to fly there and don´t have to fiddle around with my sim.

Thank you Wayne. You´ve added a delayed notification, which just makes me smile later & once more! 5 hours ago, boetie said: Beautiful shots Gerold. The only problem is that only the posting one can find out if this "Wayne" was done - or if it was just unawareness... Whatever: Thanks for commenting & enriching our language!
