Very nice somewhat KDK.

Looks exactly like what it was down here today.

4.5 deg at noon, managed to scrape to 11.

The type of day I absolutely hate.:(

But credit to your shots.:)

Cheers

Be grateful that you don't have to shovel snow during your "Winter's" down under . Now where I live , winter means the white stuff for at least five months .>:(>:(

From reading all the comments, you have so captured the essence of the day in your screenshots for all of us. :)

We can all relate to them.  Well done Martyn!

Cheers

Pete

PS- somedays, I think colour is over rated

Oops -- did I really say that!  :lol:

Thanks Gumby.

Beautiful day here in the GV.

07:15 breaking the ice on the birdbath and then the water bowls in my aviaries, -2C.

Beautiful sunny day with a light breeze and about 16C.

I love the winter, much better than 40C and on a grey cold day what better to have the heater on, copious mugs of tea and the sim fired up!

It is a good job we are all different.;)

Winters where I am are very livable. A frosty morning usually means a beautiful sunny day.:)

You are geared up for weather like that though, when I lived in ENgland, 1" of snow ground everything to a halt.

Thanks R, it is always great to start a discussion and hear of others experiences from their lives and from around the world.

Imagine a world without colour, hopefully that is one thing that the crazies cannot take from us.

GREYt little plane & flight, Martyn. LuCY is just a perfect airport.

It is a gem of a plane Gerold but it would look better on an orangey karat colour!:wacko:

I hope I don't get docked for flying such a small plane from this airport.

Go with the flow I say. :D  They cancelled the air show on Saturday because of rain. Sunday the Blue Angles flew with there new F/A-18 Super Hornet's, but had to do the low show due to cloud cover. Also enjoyed the F-22 Raptor as well.

Great shots anyway Martyn. :)
