The clouds are just a collection from different ones I liked that I found at the org. I don't remember exactly, but the Vivid 1.02, UWXP Improved Clouds Set by Marc Westhofen and the FSE Enhancer series are ones that I particularly liked and probably where they were sourced from . I'm sorry its been a while and I don't really remember any more exactly. I found that making a new set from a combination is both fun and can give nice results.
