Rodger Pettichord
Great plane for the job, Manu. She can handle the rough surface and do a pretty good STOL. Good to see the ORBX PNG scenery again. Thanks!
YAMBA1
Wonderful shots . I did Tapini and the Kokoda trail airports including the free Mission Some of those airports are real tricky . Too much inclination One in particular has a right strip and uphill . And yes the Cessna seems to be the right plane to do it with, although because of the high altitude constant throttle/air/fuel adjustment as necessary and if using real weather, good luck landing in the clouds and pushed by wind ! Jack Sawyer
Anytime someone posts Tapini I look forward to the shots because this is an amazing area, very difficult to land on those "runways."

Jack Sawyer
Been there, done that. They’re very challenging so I like to use a helicopter. More cool shots too!
craigeaglefire
Tapini/Orbx PNG rocks... just gotta get your mesh right... one of my favourite areas - particularly difficult with RW Active Sky!
Manu1985
Hello! Love this scenery! It has everything I was missing in xplane : very good quality and scenic bush strips ( yes there is some in xplane, but not from developpers ) . Actually the C 172 is one of the only two aircraft I have got ( with the PC6 ) that can handle those strips, I've tried with the PA38 Tomahawk and the Socata Rallye, most of the strip are breaking them because of ground irregularities, and they also don't have enough horse power to take off from some of the very short runways! I really love the C 172, can't wait for the PBR upgrade that will come! Do you have some tips on which good small GA could also works with that scenery?
