From what I have read this describes their customer service very well. Nothing wrong with baked tatties though, beach fishing in England was never complete without a roaring fire with spuds wrapped in foil tossed into it! Sadly TG have gone downhill really fast in the last few years, so much so that even the maggots wont eat it. I ordered vegetarian meals on my last flight with them and it was good.
