Voyager
Smashing shots Voyager !! . BTW did you have any issue's installing Tongass , does it have a 3.0 installer ? . Cheers Brad Hi Brad, No issues, no Tongass X P3Dv3 installer. So, if you wanna install... I used the E** tool for the installation (as I always do). You need have the new version for P3Dv3, take it on the site. 1. Before installing, place a copy of terrain.cfg in P3Dv3 root folder (take it from here >C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3) 2. Engage the E** tool, it'll point to P3Dv3 folder. 3. Do the installation. And disengage (disable) E** tool. 4. Return the terrain.cfg from P3Dv3 root folder to its orginal folder (C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3, BUT before make backup of the original and replace it. 5 Start up P3Dv3 and go to the Scenery Library and let everything like that: It will not be too much work because not many files. That's it! Good flights at Tongass and the entire Pacific coast! Cheers, Voyager.

vrdd
Nice shots and thanks for the description how to install this beauty! Tongass Fjords was the only addon left, which kept me having an dual installation of P3dV2.5 and P3dV3.

PDX Flyer
I just recently bought Tongass Fjords. Is this considered an Orbx area?
Voyager
1 hour ago, PDX Flyer said: I just recently bought Tongass Fjords. Is this considered an Orbx area? No. It is a gap between NA Pacific Fjords and NA Southern Alaska. But it is respected by Orbx because it was developed by Holger Sandman, responsible for Orbx Geo Space area design. Therefore fully compatible and complementary to Orbx stuff! Cheers, Voyager

andiflyit
Great shots, I really like to fly in this area. They only have a lot of water and mountains and forests around their towns. And bears of course.
