answered Emo Mission doesn't appear
Rodger Pettichord replied to Rodger Pettichord's topic in Orbx Freeware Support Forum
Thanks Tim and Gerold. I will give it another try this afternoon. And, Gerold, the detail approach info is very helpful. I'm flying the sites as research for a novel I'm writing, so this leg-up will help that project a lot. -

Hey John. When I finally find it (!?), I will be so happy. -

Thanks Stew. I do know that the mission is about twenty miles from Kokoda on a heading of 220, but when I flew that, there was no there there. Maybe I ought to be a little more thorough in looking? -
Hi Folks. Quick question--I have tried getting the PNG Emo Mission freeware. It downloads and installs and appears in the Scenery Library just below the Orbx Library, but does not appear in the actual program place-selection list or on the map. This is true for both FSX Steam and P3D4. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi all. Dadtom65 posted a thread reminding us not to spend too much time in our chairs. He had another clotting incident and wanted to raise the warning. My doctor keeps reminding me that this later stage of life requires movement of some kind--light exercise, walking, etc. As he says, "Just do something." All that good advice leads us to this week's topic. THIS WEEK'S MEANINGLESS TOPIC: What exercise do you find effective for your stage of life? How do you keep to the discipline of doing it?

This is a warning to you older guys.

Dadtom65, so sorry to hear about the clotting. Sounds like the doctors got it under control, but I imagine the scare of it carries on. Thank you for your wise warning. Us old guys need to avoid too much butt time. Your warning is heeded by the one in this chair. -
Didn't know such a flight was possible, Graeme. No glitches at all?--no sudden dark screen/no sudden frozen program/no sudden plane malfunction? Have you notified the Guinness World Record people?

Joe, how many birthdays a year do you have? -
Hi all. My wife and I just returned from a very nice breakfast at our favorite Denny's diner -- scrambled eggs with cheese, hash-brown potatoes, bacon and sausage, a pancake, and coffee. That opens the door for this week's topic. THIS WEEK'S MEANINGLESS TOPIC: What's on the menu for your favorite breakfast?

Under the bridge and over the rainbow, my friend. Be well, and have a happy birthday. -
Hi all. As part of research for my latest novel, I'm flying in Orbx's wonderful Papua New Guinea scenery and visiting their bush strips. At the same time, I'm working with some of the finest low-and-slow planes ever made--military spotter planes. That experience has suggested this week's topic. THIS WEEK'S MEANINGLESS TOPIC: Aussies love to go Walkabout as a way of clearing the head. If you could go on an aerial walkabout, which of these low-and-slow classics would you choose and where would you go? 1.
