  1. Looking at those nice pics, I can imagine that you miss working on these planes, Jack. This add-on is for me one of the best in MSFS!
  2. That superb Spitfire fits right in! Excellent shots, Iain !
  3. Marvelous shots, buddy. And it's nice to hear from Ken that an update is in the works
  4. Cape Town Scenery by Orbx Pilatus PC-6 by Orbx partner Milviz
  5. Absolutely, he was the one with the Zebra Do-27 D-ENTE. Tragically, his 25 year old son crashed with the plane and died, while shooting the movie "Serengeti shall not die". Apparently his plane's right wing was hit by a large vulture.
  6. Thanks Wayne, much appreciated! Exactly, Landon. That plane was developed by Digital Aviation and was quite advanced for its time. You could easily mistreat the engine, which would in turn die on you. That zebra paint was done for a DO-27 in 1959 for a German zoo director and his son, who were asked by the British government to try to count wilderbees and their annual movements around Kenya, so that better borders for the huge park could be established. They did not only do that, they also made a documentary from it, which btw won an Oscar the following year. a first for a documentary. I saw the movie as a young lad in the sixties in a German theater and since that day this livery is my favorite for that plane Like you said, I haven't seen anyone developing that plane for MSFS yet, but we shouldn't give up hope.
  7. +1 Nothing to add to this !
  8. Excellent shot of the Goose!
  9. Many thanks, Landon. And thanks for noticing: my avatar picture is a Dornier Do-27, built in the late 1950s, 1960s. Yeah, the trips were incredible! Thank you very much Thanks a lot, John. There are so many interesting places to explore in our sim, but of course also in real life. But it's easier (and much cheaper) in our sim Many thanks, Paul. I have been to those places too (as a tourist). Africa truly is an amazing continent! Thanks a lot buddy. The place is fantastic, but not that easy to reach from the US, it's easier for us, as there are direct flights. Many thanks, Gerold. That's what I plan to do the next couple of days (or at least as long as I don't watch a documentary on tv, which tells me, that's a place I need to visit right now in the sim ) Thanks a lot, Adam. Trust me, it's worth it Many thanks, Martyn. Those trips were great fun.
  10. Great shots, Filou. Like Johnny (aka ikbenik) I have also a lot of TE add-ons for XP11. My question is, as I also have many XP11 payware planes, do you know, whether they work in XP12?
  11. The PC-6 is from Orbx partner Milviz I was fortunate to have been twice to Namibia, the first time with the missus on a guided tour and the second time with my son with tent and four-wheel-drive. It’s an amazing place to visit and I’m glad that this part of the world is fairly well represented in default MSFS, so I can explore it now further from my armchair with a glass of red in my hand
  12. The C63 AMG in your shots has 350 kW / 476 PS @ 5500 U/min with a max torque of 650 Nm @ 1750 U/min
  13. That looks superb, Martyn, well done !
  14. Great car, Jack. And it's even the AMG version. Must be as fast as your Corvette, I reckon
  15. Excellent plane, Paul and great shots!
  16. Famous last words... And nice capture !
  17. Great shots as always Paul. I also like the ones inside the terminal. Can you please give us a tour inside the White House next
  18. Great shots, Paul, and so colorful Yes, they have, Paul. It's called stone wall and it's at the end of the runway
  19. Very nice shots and a great collection of vintage float planes
  20. Very nice screenies Paul. Your P 38 sure looks impressive!
