It makes such a difference. I'm flying in DX 10. Absolutly! But I limit fps in FSX to 30. Above that FSX gets "choppy". Also, the contrast in the shots is achieved with Shade software in combination with the low sun angle. Although I use REX clouds, I set custom clouds in FSX - T-storms, 6000 to 35000 el, 7/8 coverage, visibility 50mi. Not only is this great for screen shots, it's a real joy to fly in these conditions around SAK. I can't wait for NAK! (which I assume is next).
