Cheers Ken, great scenery. Myself and my siblings own 50 acres out the back of St Helens left to us by my late uncle. Never been there myself. Let us know if you'd like to purchase 50 acres on the river :)

lucky you, that 50 acres will be worth a squilllion one day, we see more mainlanders migrating down here every year due to climate change, this years El Nino is gonna be a scorcher for you mainlanders.

Ken 15deg c over on the mainland they 

find cold. Wait till they get high 30s and 40s down here

on a good summer and see what they say.:)
