KBUR Hollywood Burbank Airport is a public airport 3 miles (4.8 km) northwest of downtown Burbank, in Los Angeles County, California, United States.

Thanks Adam :). You were lucky. I have only seen the F-14 flying twice in the UK (when an aircraft carrier had been here).

Thanks Jack :). Indeed a sad story, but perhaps more a refection of the USN at that time, rather than the aircraft.

Alright Paul, when I asked for more seaplane images, I wasn't thinking sea based aircraft carrier operational type of seaplanes, but I'll go with it as these are some mighty fine images here :)

Very good Landon :lol:. I guess that a plane with a big ship underneath it doesn't count as a seaplane :unsure:.
