REX is a real weather engine and some presets to try if you like.. Sofly is just a bunch of preset weather scenarios you can inject into the sim. As Adam stated, Weather Force is a real-time weather engine, but also contain dynamic presets (themes). Other presets, like SoFly are global snapshots, and weather doesn't change.
