The cities looks realistic enough from a distance but getting close the degree of accuracy suffers, you're right... Looking at the sectional chart, I was surprised why there was no restricted area for this power plant. I talked to a friend from Lancaster, PA who explained that it was because of the dense airspace in the area and that because of the towered Class D airspace at Harrisburg, there is not much need to further control the island...
