Great shots Bernd!  Is #5 going into Mach?  And I love the way you can count the afterburner rings.  I count at least four stages but I thought those engines had either four or seven stages.  The lighting is quite beautiful too!

Thanks, Jack. Yap, #5 is hitting the sound barrier. I'm not an expert when it comes to the F-14 engines, so I'm afraid, I can't help you here with the various power stages ;)

I see you enjoy burning virtual fuel.

You bet, Gerold, and this time not by the gallon, but by the truck load :)

Will you go to  v4 eventually, when the dust settles, the hand wringing ceases & folk scrape themselves off the ceiling?:)

Or stick with 3.4?

TTM

Good question. For the time being I'll stay with 3.4, I have too many planes that I like to fly (freeware and older payware such as the Do 27, B-25 Mitchel, Bf 109 etc), which at least as far as I know, cannot be ported over to v4. Luckily I also don't suffer that much from the dreaded OOMs
