gumbypickett
Nice shots of the DC3 Bermuda where can I get it, and how do the engines sound compared to the default DC3 which I find are not to bad?
Bermuda425
@gumbypickett Thanks for looking Gumby! This is the freeware C-47 V1 by Manfred Jahn, which I recently discovered for myself at flyawaysimulation. V2 was released in 2013. But currently everyone is holding their breath for V3, which is going to be released as freeware in the coming days or weeks. @Adam_NZ gave me the tip to follow the official thread: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?84263-Attention-all-DC-3-fans-!/page67 And here's a recent video by one of the developers: Regarding the sound, have a look at this topic: Greetings! VH-KDK
Beautiful shots Erik and those are some big rivers. 18 minutes ago, gumbypickett said: Nice shots of the DC3 Bermuda where can I get it, and how do the engines sound compared to the default DC3 which I find are not to bad? One of the best freeware planes out there Gumby, with plenty of paints too. The sound is good but they suggest the TW Radial Twin Package which is excellent. http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=115&linkid=17612

gumbypickett
Thanks Guys I think the DC3 is a fantastic plane with a lot of history behind it. KDK I think they use a couple out of Essendon for charter flights, quite often hear of it making its way down to King Island. cheers Gumby 2 hours ago, Bermuda425 said: @gumbypickett Thanks for looking Gumby!
