  1. Thanks Jack I don't see anything wrong in those files. Could you please show us a different view of the issue.
  2. Hi Jack Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5. Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files.
  3. Hi Jack Please check your scenery library insertion point in Orbx Central as per the below image.
  4. Hi I did a search on these forums and the results are below. https://orbxsystems.com/forum/search/?q=dynamic lighting&quick=1 Below is an example.
  5. Hi @Nosferatu You will need to use the below link and submit a ticket. https://support.orbxdirect.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  6. Hi Daren, welcome to the forums Please submit a ticket with ChasePlane support using the below link. https://parallel42.freshdesk.com/support/home
  7. No, that is not correct, the items that are in the scenery.cfg have been installed the old original way and the scenery order does matter, these items have been installed to the simulator root folder. The items installed using the .xml method are installed outside the simulator in a library folder, with these items the scenery library order does not matter, these are the items found in the P3D Addons menu. All the items in your screen shot are installed outside the simulator and will not appear in the scenery.cfg The "scenery.cfg" and "scenery library" are not the same thing. Both the .xml installed and the original method installed items will be visible in the scenery library. The .xml items will show as greyed out, and can be activated/deactivated in the P3D Addons menu, and appear in the "addons-cfg" But only the items installed in the simulator root folder appear in the "scenery.cfg"
  8. Hi With the scenery items being install via the .xml method as yours are, it does not matter what order they appear in the list. That is only relevant when they are installed the old method and appear in the scenery.cfg.
  9. Because the developers of the navaid decided they needed to change runway elevations for some reason....it is very common issue that we are encountering continuously to advise on elevation issues.
  10. When scenery is installed via .xml method in an external location, it does not matter where it is located in the scenery library, then these items can be deactivated or activated from with in the P3D Addons menu.
  11. Hi Just an added observation...I do not see the Orbx Libraries installed to the scenery.cfg, so hopefully they are installed to an external library?
  12. Hi Melanie, welcome to the forums Please ensure the system requirements are in place as per the below topic.
  13. Hi, welcome to the forums Please post a copy of the scenery_packs.ini file that is found in the custom scenery folder (please do not open it and copy and paste the contents) , and our resident expert will be more than happy to have a look when he gets a chance.
  14. Hi Guy's, welcome to the forums With Orbx Central it does not matter what order you install in, the installer will always put the product in the correct location in regards to the other Orbx products. Just please take note of the below basics and the insertion point tool. All of the Global and OpenLC products and the Orbx Libraries for best results should be installed into the simulator root folder, not a library folder separate from the simulator. Ensure the Orbx Libs are installed and up to date, and I would do a verify files of them from within Orbx Central. I would then go to settings/help and run the Sync Simulator function. Then you can go to settings/Insertion Point and set them like this. Ensure all of your 3rd party non Orbx addons are at the top of your scenery library and above your FTX entries. Then in Orbx Central Insertion points "Orbx Airports and Regions”, put your last non Orbx 3rd party listed in your scenery library addon in the INSERTED BELOW window. Then for the "Orbx Global openLC” ensure the Orbx Airports and Regions are in the INSERTED BELOW window.
  15. Hi Jörg You still need to open Orbx Central, go to settings/help/sync simulator as per Nick's instructions above....it did fix the issue for me.
  16. Hi, welcome to the forums Could you please attach a copy of your scenery_packs.ini file and I am sure our resident expert @Jon Clarke will be happy to help.
  17. Thanks Tristan Like I say, I have not been able to replicate this issue, and this is the first I have ever heard of it. If it was an Orbx only product issue I am sure we would have had many support posts about it by now ... I am completely out of ideas and suggestions at this time.
  18. I have the same grass on the runway issue when I disable my norcal so that has nothing to do with anything, but I do not have the same water waves going vertical as you. If you feel that norcal is the issue then maybe do a full uninstall and reinstall of it. I think it is a P3D issue. Also, please do a search in your entire sim folder for "KSFO.bgl" and post the results
  19. Sorry, I have no experience with any of the Env products, but something is clearly affecting the mesh, I can see the invisible remnants around the seawall starting at 4:42 of your with 19m video. Might be worth disabling them as well as Chaseplane, for a test..
