  1. And don't forget about deleting the .dat files in the Scenery Indexes folder, just incase they do.
  2. Hi I wonder if the common basic procedure of turning off and deleting the rolling cache, and also deleting the content.xml and Scenery Indexes files, and then restarting the sim would rectify some of these issues? It certainly is harmless to try.
  3. Hi I would also go to in Orbx Central, settings/help and run the sync simulator function.
  4. I highly doubt it is a Vector issue, but you could try a full uninstall and reinstall of Vector. Also, please have a close look at the below topic and follow it's process carefully.
  5. Hi Jens-Ole Yes, if you look under "My Products" and scroll to near the bottom,
  6. Hi Are you running your PC in administrator mode? If not please do, and turn the user account settings off. First uninstall the P3D client. Then reinstall it. Please leave your PC connected to the internet.
  7. Thanks But this topic does not belong on these forums, although, maybe there are other FS forums for it.
  8. Thanks Your scenery library order is now correct. I didn't notice the first time I looked, but I do not see "Orbx Objectflow" installed anywhere, so please install it and ensure it is activated in your P3D Add-ons menu. Then please do a verify files of all of your Orbx products.
  9. Thanks Your FTX entries are in the wrong position in your scenery library in relation to your other addons.. Please use the insertion point tool in Orbx Central and set them as per the below image. In your case, choose "Oscarsborg" as your lowest non Orbx 3rd party entry.
  10. Hi The P3D Client is the module shown in the below image, you can uninstall it, and when it asks you to deactivate it, say no. But you will need the P3D download on you PC to reinstall it, which will be the second image. Then start your sim, which is the simulator called P3Dv4, and shut it down after you open the default flight. Then start Orbx Central.
  11. Hi, welcome to the forums I would first reinstall the P3D client only and then restart and close down the sim, then try Orbx Central.
  12. Hi Paul Please first rename your Community folder to CommunityX. Then create a new Community folder and install just this one product. Then try again please. You could also try deleting the content.xml, and SceneryIndexes file, and also deleting and turning off the rolling cache.
  13. Hi Jens-Ole Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5. Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files.
  14. Hi Please see the below which is from the Orbx Direct product page. This product has been produced by IRIS Simulations. For IRIS Simulations product support, please to go http://www.irissimulations.com.au/ View IRIS Simulations on OrbxDirect

  16. Hi You would need to do it from the https://orbxdirect.com/ website, not Orbx Central.
  17. Hi Jason Have you tried deleting the content.xml, and SceneryIndexes file as Nick's below post, and also deleting and turning off the rolling cache? "Hello, I have fixed mine. I went here: where one can safely delete the SceneryIndexes folder and Content.xml. A restart of MSFS with no other addon products apart from Orbx and the airport EIDW."
  18. Orbx can handle the refund if you submit a ticket from the below link. https://support.orbxdirect.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  19. Hi Orbx does not hand out serial keys when a product is installed via Orbx Central, that would most likely come as part of the install files from REX.
  20. Hi Jason Unfortunately, I think in this case, Orbx is the subcontractor. I believe it would be very difficult to provide support for a product they did not develop, as much as they would like to.
  21. Hi Have you tried their support forum? Below is the link from the product page. This product has been produced by REX Simulations. For REX Simulations product support, please to go http://rexsimulations.com/support.html View REX Simulations on OrbxDirect Sorry, we have no access to their registration system. The only thing I can think of, is, did you previously have it installed before trying with Orbx Central?
  22. Hi Karl Simply create a new library and give it a name, then copy and paste your MSFS contents to it, then restart Orbx Central and go to settings/help and run the sync simulator function.
