I find the solution rather clunky...
It is not offered as a solution, as explained.
QuoteI now have a legit XP12 pointing to the right folder and a fake XP11 install pointing to the ... XP12 folder.
You may have missed the suggestion that this needs to be done only once and when Orbx Central has installed the files,
the change to the text files is to be undone, leaving just one "legit" installation into X Plane 12.

Hello,
I would guess that you are far enough away to be outside the range of the buildings display,
which is about 17 nm, but massively over zoomed in.
-
Done, as requested.

Hello,
yes, some time ago.
The Germany World update has some of it included now.

Hello,
basic details of the transactions can be found here: My Account - Orbx (orbxdirect.com)
-
Thanks, there are no bumps here, on a brand new installation.
I see an identical question at the Avsim forums.
If that is you, whatever you found in a .rar file probably should not be used.
I cannot exactly replicate your shot though, small though it is.
Could you have another version of the same place active?
I am seeing this:
Click on it to see the non-blurred version.

Hello,
X Plane or P3D and do you have an Orbx Direct transaction number please?

Hello,
this became a “known problem” after the release of SU11.
However, one of your fellow customers has discovered that in fact it is the updated
"Working Title GNS 430/530" that is interacting with the PAC autopilot.
You can try the temporary solution, which is to use the Content Manager to temporarily remove
the Working Title GNS 430/530.
You will find that the PAC autopilot then works.I also have this feedback:
The pms50-gns530 and autopilot are working great together

Hello,
this is perhaps the line that you may have missed:
QuoteOpen Orbx Central and it will recognise your X Plane 12 installation as X Plane 11

Hello,
this is the current situation:
-
Hello,
it does say, limited compatibility.
-
Hello,
this topic should explain what happens and what can be done about it:

Hello,
this is what the Orbx developer had to say:
-
Hello,
the autopilot is a known problem following on from SU11.
-
Hello,
thanks.
I have edited the mail addresses out of your post for security purposes.
I have asked your question internally and the answer is that the Orbs total should be the same
when viewed in either environment.
However, as you are using two different email addresses, the Orbs accounts will need to be merged.
If you send in a support ticket: Submit a request – Orbx Simulation Systems (orbxdirect.com)
then we can get that done for you.
Please include both email addresses on the ticket, which cannot be publicly seen.
Thanks.

Hello,
what name did you use when you created your Orbx Direct account?

@Nick Cooperthe issue is not MYNN. With or without it, the buildings are there. The issue is the hungary vfr airport LHGD. Once that is removed, the buildings disappear
Indeed not and I did not say that.
I said "You may have to tell the creators of MYNN"
That might have given them the option to change the GUID, as described by John above.
I have posted a link to this topic at https://www.facebook.com/groups/HungaryVFR/?mibextid=HsNCOg

Hello John,
the C:\Users\Your user name\appdata folder is hidden by default.
You can check "Show hidden files, folders and drives" in the Windows File Explorer\Options\View menu and it will appear.
